Who we are

NextTalk.ai is an AI and data driven media buying platform based in Tel Aviv, Israel. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, NextTalk is the controller of personal information collected through our website and the personal information of our business contacts. When we process advertising and campaign data on behalf of a customer, we act as that customer's processor and handle the data under our agreement with them.

Business and account information. If you become a customer, we collect the details needed to provide the Services, such as your company name, billing contact, and the advertising accounts you choose to connect.

When you connect ad accounts, pixels, or a revenue source, we access campaign, creative, performance, and conversion data from platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Baidu, Outbrain, YouTube, and Microsoft Advertising, through their official APIs and with your authorization. We process this data to operate optimization on your behalf.
Usage and device information. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interaction events, used for security, analytics, and improving the Services.
